- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Greg Frichette doesn't understand what happened. Greg called after hours and started an Auto policy on 5/28/2013 through Allstate Home Office. Home Office assigned the policy to my agency. I have never met Greg. I have only had this agency for 5 years so I'm not sure how Greg could be my client for 10. My agency did try to step in and help so Greg's policy would get issued when Greg didn't return the signed application. Home Office mailed Greg the packet for signatures. We called and emailed several times but Greg was unresponsive. We emailed and mailed other copies of the application from Home Office, but we never receive the signed application back.By Gary Jones, July 20, 2017
